4. The total accumulated points are automatically converted into a cashback (monetary discount) value.
5. The customer can use the cashback on any future purchase invoice.

How to redeem and use points

• Points can only be used within Home Pillars for Wood Trading Company.

• They cannot be exchanged for cash; they are redeemed as discounts on future purchases.

• The more the customer purchases from higher-tier categories, the higher cashback percentage they receive.

Activation and usage:

• The CashBack (Akhshabak) Program is activated automatically if the customer already has a credit account or upon opening a new one, based on the customer’s request.

• The customer receives a special card linked to their account number and their registered name as shown on the invoice.

• Terms and conditions

• Points are not calculated for any reserved or non-released goods, or for invoices that do not include the customer’s name or account number.

• Points are linked to the customer’s account number and cannot be transferred or shared with another account.

• The company reserves the right to update cashback rates or modify category tiers according to its internal policies.
